The seller’s contact details are in your order confirmation and on the seller’s website. Always contact the seller’s customer service before sending anything back, so that you receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer in the EU, distance selling rules give you a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. That right applies towards the seller. Any additional return period the seller offers is voluntary and is set out in the seller’s terms.
If you are not satisfied with how the seller handles your case, you can contact the consumer advice body in your country of residence. If the seller is based in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help free of charge.
