Glob Seller LLC operates this website. This policy describes what personal data is processed when you visit it, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. Processing takes place under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); for readers in the United States, the relevant state privacy laws apply in addition.

The short version: we run no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising profiles. What is processed is server log data, and — only with your consent — a click identifier that lets a purchase be attributed to us. Nothing else.

Scope

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the seller’s website, which you reach when you click through. From that moment the seller is the controller for your data, and the seller’s own privacy policy applies — including for anything you enter during checkout.

What data is processed

Data you provide yourself

Only if you write to us. We then process your email address and whatever you put in the message, for the purpose of answering it. There is no contact form, no registration and no newsletter on this site.

Data collected automatically

When a page is requested, the server records technical data: IP address, time of the request, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse and overload.

Data received from third parties

If you arrive from an advertisement, the advertising platform appends a click identifier to the address — for example gclid or msclkid. We do not create that identifier and cannot resolve it to a person. It only serves to attribute a later purchase to the advertisement it came from.

We do not collect names, addresses or payment details on this site.

Cookies and tracking

Measurement does not start until you have consented. Before that, no measurement cookie is set and no request goes to the measurement provider. You can withdraw consent at any time through the settings link in the footer; the withdrawal applies from that point and does not affect what happened before. Which cookies exist and how long they last is set out in the cookie policy.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and processes technical log data on our behalf as a processor.
RedTrack handles the redirect when you click an offer link and records the click with a click ID, which is passed on to the seller so that a purchase can be attributed to the right ad. Technical data such as IP address, browser and referring page are processed in the process. The measurement script on this page runs only after consent; it sets the cookie rtkclickid-store (30 days), may set or read Meta’s parameters _fbp and _fbc, and loads a helper library from unpkg.com for this.
The seller receives no data from us other than the click ID. When you click through, your browser contacts the seller directly, and from then on the seller decides what is processed.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers process data outside the EU and the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision. The operator of this site is established in the United States, so data processed by us is processed there.

Data security

The site is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to log and measurement data is limited to what is needed to operate the site and to verify commission. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Server logs: at most 30 days.
Click data: for as long as it is needed to calculate and verify commission, normally no longer than 12 months.
Email correspondence: for as long as the matter requires.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. This site links to a seller’s website. We have no control over what that site collects or how it does so, and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Read its privacy policy before you order.

Marketing messages

We send none. There is no newsletter, and we do not use your email address for advertising. If you write to us, we reply — nothing more.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the processing or the legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
